I didn't receive my license key email.

Check your spam or junk folder first. The email comes from [email protected] and usually arrives within a few minutes. If you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected] and we'll resend it.

How do I activate the desktop app?

Download and install AutoEject from autoeject.app/download. When you open the app for the first time, an activation dialog will appear automatically. Enter the license key from your purchase email and click Activate.

How do I access the web version?

Go to autoeject.app and sign in (or create an account) using the same email address you used for the purchase. Your subscription will be linked automatically and you'll see an 'Open Web App' button on your dashboard.

Can I use the desktop app on multiple computers?

Desktop licenses allow activation on up to 2 devices. If you need to activate on a new machine after reaching the limit, contact [email protected] and we'll reset one of your activations.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your dashboard and click 'Manage Subscription'. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

I bought a Desktop license — can I also get web access?

The Desktop license only includes the Windows app. To also get web access, you can upgrade to the Desktop + Web combo plan. Contact [email protected] and we'll help you with the upgrade.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, click 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

Which printers are supported?

AutoEject supports the full Bambu Lab range: X1 Carbon, X1, X1E, P1S, P1P, A1 Mini, and A1. Both AMS and push-off automation systems are supported.
