I didn't receive my license key email.
Check your spam folder first. The email arrives within a few minutes. If it's still missing, contact [email protected].
How do I activate the desktop app?
Download and install AutoEject from autoeject.app/download. An activation dialog appears on first launch — enter the license key from your purchase email.
How do I access the web version?
Sign in at autoeject.app with the same email you used at checkout. Your subscription links automatically and a 'Web App' button appears in the navbar.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dashboard and click 'Manage Subscription' to open the Stripe portal. You can cancel anytime — access stays active until the end of the billing period.
Which Bambu Lab printers are supported?
X1 Carbon, X1, X1E, P1S, P1P, A1 Mini, and A1 — including AMS and push-off automation.
